Good stuff for the price
Never wrote a review for these but i used them for three years in the Marine Corps I’ll be honest im surprised by how well these held up I haven’t had any stitches come out and they’re very comfortable, fit on any kit I’ve used and function as intended

Very comfortable
It's durability is insane,. It's not big it's perfect size. It's not bulkie at all, it fits my rifle plate carrier and gives me shoulders a nice soft padding vs my bare straps. Definitely would by again

Worth the money
I use these with my SOG Ninja ruck pack with 40# for up to 5 mile rucks. The SOG straps are fair on their own but clavicles get sore when carrying over 25#. These pads fit the straps perfectly and stay in place, providing plenty of comfort for the heavier load. I thought these were a bit pricey, but now that I've used them a few times, I'm very happy with the fit and comfort. Cheaper pads may not have been as good. These are worth it IMHO.

They’re padded and they’re pretty
I was looking for a lower vis plate carrier with a flat shoulder pocket. All the ones I found were lacking shoulder padding and the old steel plates are heavy. Order the Shell Backs and was surprised by the size of them. But they work and they work well. I’d buy them again. They don’t slide or move on me and they lighten the load. The multi came and stitch quality match the higher end vests also. It’s softer and smoother than the cheap stuff.

They work very well with the best but they do flatten out so they're not as spongy as when you bought them

Good quality
Depending on how you wear it. The Velcro could come open. As the hooks part of the Velcro has more surface area than the hook part. SMALL complaint. Only complaint. Otherwise, very comfortable with good Velcro.
