Why buy it new?
This was a "refurbished " item but I can't see where it's been used before. Makes a couple of mugs very well. I wouldn't want to be woken by the grinder but one expects them to be noisy. Great value at under £20.

So impressed with this little machine
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this machine! The value for money is amazing! We wanted to stop drinking instant coffee and get a no fuss machine that grinds too. I don’t like any of those fancy machines where you have to take ten steps to make a coffee. This does the job so well.it’s basic but all we wanted was a simple bean to cup machine. Most of these start at £80+It’s loud when it grinds but it only last for seconds. The temperature of the coffee is perfect. Its super easy to clean the filter, I love that it’s small so it fits underneath the cupboard, it says six cups but we get two full standard mugs from it. It’s only the two of us so it works. I have been recommending this machine to all my friends that like coffee

Worked well for 8 weeks and now it is broken I can't return it....Rubbish service
Product seemed ok at the start, albeit it doesn't pour 6 cups as the measuring glass says.I filled it up 2 days ago and the water just flows out of the bottom, and makes a terrible mess and you are unable to make any coffee. This has now happended on 3 occasions.I went to request a refund or an exchange and I have been told that I can't, as it is outside of the returns warranty. So through no fault of my own, I have now wasted £60! Absolute disgrace and with service like that, DONT BOTHER BUYING THIS.

I love my coffee maker
I am so pleased with this coffee maker. It blends beans as well as using ground coffee. Its easy to clean too. Now I am experimenting with different strengths of coffee. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for a coffee maker.

Easy to use and so easy to clean once you get the right amount of beans it makes lovely fresh coffee

It's ok but doesn't get hot enough like a kettle
If your OK with warm coffee it's for you but if you like a hot coffee it's not for you at all
