Everlasting Comfort Automatic Soap Dispenser Touchless, No Drip Hand Soap & Dish Soap Dispenser with Adjustable Output, Motion Sensor

Just arrived 4/2/25. Put it to use quickly. Initial impressions; it’s GREAT!Several key points:- unlike some of the reviews, the Owner’s Manual mine came with is in English. That said, the unit is so simple to operate, I actually didn’t check the manual until AFTER I was using it (I only looked at the manual to see if it was indeed, written in Chinese, and to see if there were hidden features). On the hidden features; not really. Hold the + button for 1s to turn it ON. Figured that one out after installing the batteries. Hold the - button for 2s to turn it OFF. 5 levels of soap dispensing. Press + or - to adjust.- it uses 4xAA batteries. This is something I actually consider a positive vs needing to wait for a built-in battery to recharge. When the small Green LED stays Red, it’s time to replace the batteries.- unlike some other units that use AA batteries and state that you need to use alkaline batteries, as the 1.2v nominal voltage of NiMh rechargeables is too low, and their soap dispenser may not work, the manual for THIS UNIT explicitly states that you CAN use rechargeable batteries in this unit (they just have the standard disclaimer of not mixing battery types). Great. I have a few dozen Eneloop batteries. Yep. It works great with 4 of those.- It’s a nice size, and I like the clear tank, making it very easy to see how much soap is in it. I’m using it at the kitchen sink for regular Dawn dish soap, and it dispenses it with ease- good clearance for hands, or a dishwashing sponge, and the dispenser is indeed no-drip.I’ll update in a few months to a year from now, for battery life with 4 AA Eneloops, and how the unit is holding up (if it doesn’t fail before then).

I tried another set of fresh batteries but to no avail.On the package there is a note stating that, if something is wrong, the purchaser should contact the company via an email address.I did so, carefully describing the problem (the company did not even want a picture or video of the defective unit, just the Amazon order number), and received a prompt reply stating that a replacement would be sent to me immediately. This replacement was scheduled to arrive on May 22, 2023.Obviously it arrived well-before that date.I had asked how the company wanted to handle the defective unit and I received a reply telling me to just discard it.Frankly, in today's market, that kind of service is almost unimaginable!Once the unit arrived (last week), the company wrote to me and asked if I was satisfied (and of course I responded in the affirmative).The replacement unit functions just as perfectly as does the first one. I am sure that the defective unit I received was just an anomaly.This company, Upper Echelon Products, is a SUPERB company regarding customer care and customer service. I have not experienced anything like this kind of service in many, many, many years.If you need or want an automatic liquid soap dispenser for a bathroom or kitchen, I strongly - VERY STRONGLY - recommend that you buy this one.Its design, its quality, and, above all, the customer support which you will receive from the company, makes buying this dispenser an extremely wise purchase. That doesn't even mention its performance which is positively first-rate.And that's not even to mention another thing: the price of this unit, currently $27.99 (BEFORE any applicable discounts here on Amazon). In my opinion that price is a BARGAIN for what you get.And you must keep in mind that the manufacturing company TRULY CARES about the satisfaction of its customers.Again, VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY (as highly as I can state) RECOMMENDED.Thank you for reading this.Lawrence H. I like the soap dispenser it works great for cooking (more sanitary). I like how you can see the different color soaps and it worked great from February 2022 up until September 2024. So I got a good 2.5 years out of it when the sensor just only turns red and stops working all together. They don’t make things to last but I’m buying it again because it liked how it looked.

This is a replacement for a similar dispenser we had for several years. It works well, and was easy to put into use, as it works just like the other one did. THERE IS ONE DRAWBACK. If you are unfamiliar with the product, you could have a problem figuring it out, as the instructions leaflet included with it is written entirely in Japanese or Chinese! I don’t know which, not being familiar with either language. There is not one word of English in it! Be sure to read the box about the manucfacturing info and where to return if it is defective.

Great little soap dispenser! Use it with a quality soap like dawn since you can adjust how much soap the machine pours! Worth every penny!

The dispenser is very nice but the sensor isn't strong enough for my liking You have to have your hand right under the sensor for it to work and it doesn't recognize anything but your hand, so trying to soap a sponge is not very easy.......Update: The seller determined it to be a defective sensor and sent me a replacement which I can now rate Five Stars, Customer service was excellent. I wasn't looking for a replacement because the unit did work it was just the sensitivity of the sensor that I was rating 3 stars so I must say I am very pleased with the customer service and the new dispenser works great

Works well (after 4 days) so far. It would be even better if the user guide was printed in English, not Chinese! (I found an English version online.)
