Beställde gräsklipparen som vi inte uppfattade kom från en privatperson som det kändes. En gräsklippare som låg i en låda som varit öppen, igentejpad flera ggr.med flertalet fel, den var trasig kändes som en typ av försäljningsbedrägeri ..inte Amazons fel för kundservice är outstanding..

C'est la qualité Ryobi , elle fait le job. Parfait avec 2 batterie 5 ha pour un jardin de 300 metre carré si l'hetre n'est pas trop haute (- 10 cm )

This mower cuts the grass nicely and is easy to use. But! I bought my last one from direct from Ryobi and took it for granted that I would get the 3 year warrantee, as they had full details of my purchase. So when it broke down after 2 years and 6 weeks, I contacted them for a replacement. They told me it was out of warrantee! I sent all the details of my purchase and scan of the invoice, but after several emails back and forth, they said as I had not registered for the 3 years, they could not help me! I explained that all the tools they advertised it said 3 year warrantee! They told me I should have read the small print! So be warned! I have 12 different One + tools and about the same number of batteries of various capacities and have always been pleased with them. I have now bought another Ryobi mower from Amazon and it works!
