Good Guide....but
The guide is very clear, but I wouldn't exactly call it a workout book. It clearly demonstrates the moves, which are categorised into muscle groups, but it lacks examples of workout sessions. I expected to see workout routines for either the complete body or dedicated muscle groups. I am experienced so I can put together a routine, but for the uninitiated it will be unclear what exercises to combine to give a balanced workout.
