Clover 1041/C Yellow Amour Crochet Hook, Size C, 2.75mm

I love everything about these crochet hooks. You can't beat the price, and they glide though your yarn smoothly. They don't bend when you need to have tight tension and the handle grip works great with my arthritis and doesn't let go like some other brands.

These are my favorite crochet hooks and I will forever be loyal to this brand! They are incredibly priced for the value of the hook! They fit perfectly in your hand, and I never have an issue with maintaining tension and grip.

I have arthritis in my hand and have a hard time crocheting for long hours. This Clover hook has a comfortable soft and steady handle and can hold in different ways. I love the shape of the hook head that is pointy but rounded for easy insertion especially fine gaged crocheting. The hook is made of aluminum which is light and smooth. I will enjoy crocheting. I recommend it for beginners to experts.

I've been using this hook to create amigurumi projects and it's by far the best hook I've tried. The handle is so comfortable in the hand and through various stitches/motions, especially over time. I'm able to get through more projects without pain or discomfort than with other ergonomic hooks. The grip is enough that the hook doesn't slip, but it's still maneuverable. The hook grabs yarn very easily and doesn't split the threads. The hook feels well made and like it'll last. I'm looking into swapping out some of my other frequently used hooks for more from this line - highly recommend!

This is a brilliant crochet hook. It has a hard rubber grip, which makes it a thousand times more comfortable to hold than a bare metal hook. I was concerned that the grip would be too thick, that I wouldn't like crocheting with it. But no, it's absolutely perfect! I have arthritis in my fingers, so crocheting can be difficult and painful at times. But this ergonomic crochet hook makes it so much easier to hold the crochet hook. It's gotten me back in the mood for crocheting doll accessories!This one is a size C hook, or 2.75mm. The grips are color-coded to help you tell them apart and this one happens to be a warm yellow. I do wish the grips were better colors. The first one I bought (size B) was lime green, this one is yellow, and the size D is bright orange. All the colors seem to be neon, which doesn't suit my taste, or my decor. But that's the only bad thing I can say about this crochet hook.The hook itself is a silvery metal, I'm guessing aluminum. It's smooth and pointed, like the Boye hooks, not sharp-edged like the Susan Bates. It crochets easily, without catching on the yarn. What's really great is that the grip covers most of the metal portion, so even if you're allergic to metal, you can use it! Since I react to certain metals with itching, this is really great for me.I'll subtract one star for the ugly colored handle grips, but otherwise, this is a wonderful crochet hook---just one in a series. If you know you'll love these crochet hooks, you can buy them in sets. If you aren't sure, you can also buy them individually, to try out. Highly recommended!
