Just got the rack for my two Haul ST Ebikes. The rack is exactly what I wanted. Easy to install/remove from my truck bed to my travel trailer. I do strap it down as well. Ebikes are heavy.. Just have patience when doing the adjustments to fit your particular size tire. There are a LOT of adjustments but you only need to make them a couple of times.

The good: Just about everything! First top notch packaging the helps the assembly. You are given 4 boxes and each box has all the pieces and hardware need to complete that assembly piece. Next, all the parts are labeled, left hand, right hand, etc. I found the assembly very easy and I do not understand people saying it is complicated. It is about as straight forward as it could be. 5 stars. Next adjusting it to fit your bike tires. I measured my tires before the assembly so both bikes fit (ebike, mountain bike) when I went to check how they fit. When the ebike tire could not get into the tire craddle, all I had to do was adjust the cross bar to a lower position and then a perfect fit. There is 1 strap on each side of your truck bed that secures the rack to my truck. Attach a carabiner (supplied) to your bed tie down and run the strap through 2 points on the rack on each side. Then tighten the cam strap and the rack is secure. This design was more wonderful than I could imagine and the whole thing fits installed under my tonneau cover.The bad: the rear wheel wire tire stabilizer is pretty much junk. It is a tripping hazard in the bed of your truck. The good news is that you don't need them. I think they only fit standard size bikes, and it would not fit my ebike rear tire but it did fit my mountain bike rear tire. Still I see this as pretty unnecessary. On the other hand there are 2 rods the run the length of the rack that did not fit my 2019 Ram Truck short bed truck. I solved that problem with heavy duty pruning tool to cut down to size.The ugly: The instructions reference a security cable that is not included. If it is recommended why not include with a $300 rack or why not just include for an extra fee. Also there are not instructions on how best to install the security cable.Overall I marvel at the brains that went into designing this rack. All the holes lined up, all the hardware needed was present. I am very happy overall about the rack. I will need a security cable, padlock, and a ratchet strap to feel comfortable transporting 2 bikes but you will not be disappointed if you buy this rack. If you need an under the tonneau cover 2 bike rack I cannot think of a better option than this. I know because I looked for that from DYI wood racks to school yard gap racks. This was the best option I found. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered the rack with two fat tire kits. It came with the two standard size, and my bikes don’t fit. Awaiting reply from amazon/seller to fix the issue. Easy to assemble and light weight. Hope they get the right parts to me, will update review if they show up and I can fully test this!Got the fat tire kit, this works nicely. The wheelie bars that support the rear tire do not fit a wide tire at all, makes the bike unstable. This rack works, but the seller not contacting me after I reached out to make things right will make me give this one star. I over paid since I had to order the parts that should have been included.

Keeps your bikes secure in the back of your truck with the proper bike locks. Bikes were nice and tight in the rack did not move around. Still had room for a generator, 2 small propane tanks, and ice chest.

This is a great bike holder for inside a cap. Once adjusted for the tire width, it holds the bike 100% secure just by confining the wheel. I'm backing my bikes into place, so it's the rear wheel I'm holding. The only thing lacking is a really good, easy way to lock it into the truck bed if theft is an issue for you. Once I got my truck cap on, that's no longer an issue for me.

Super easy to load. I adjusted for tight fit. Bikes stay upright and secure. Just drop them in and go. Very high quality. Very easy to remove and reinstall. I use in F150 supercab. With full size cruiser and hybrid the tailgate must be down. Good value. And it looks great.

I purchased this because I was looking for a way to carry both a trike and a bike in the bed of my truck while pulling a travel trailer. This looks like it will do the job. So far, I have not made the necessary adjustments to fit the trike and bike but it looks like it should work well. The assembly is not difficult if you carefully follow the instructions. Just don't be in a hurry. The first thing to do is read all instructions and pay attention to the order of assembly. Once together, it appears to be well made and sturdy.

We purchased the two bike option for our Ford F350 short bed truck after asking a couple of questions and receiving answers.. This is for two E Bikes with fenders, a Specialized Vado and a Specialized Como. Due to the fenders we have to put the rear wheel in the rack. The assembly was fairly straightforward. The bikes are held firmly in the rack and though it is a lighter rack than our previous steel rack by using a cam strap from the front wheel to the truck hold downs by the tail gate the rack stays in position perfectly. With only the two bike system this leaves the center of our bed completely open. I would highly recommend this rack.
