This cable is such a step up from the usual fare - thecable itself is thicker than average, with a supple casing, and the ends are clean, highly polished, and engage perfectly, not too tight or loose, which is sometimes an issue. Overall, a really well made cable. Might seem silly to be excited about such a utilitarian item, but quality makes me happy, and whoever designed this cable did a fantastic job. Will turn to PlugLug whenever they have what I need, no need for me to look elsewhere. Thanks.

It's hard to tell weather or not this cable is actually gold plated (definitely isn't obvious like the picture, or other cables I own). Fits somewhat loosely to my Marantz amplifier. Feels cheap and thin. Even lacks the aesthetically pleasing red sheath around the 3.5mm jack that the pictured example has. Mine is black. Disappointed. My advice: browse thriftstores. I've found several cables of the same type, new and barley used, for half the price of these and of far, far superior quality.

Nice cable, good value. I wanted a cable to connect my laptop to a headphone amplifier. This cable seemed like a good option, length for my needs. Not disappointed at all. One thing I am a little concerned about, hope the strain relief is good to keep the conductors from breaking. So far so good.

The length is perfect and the pictures don't do much justice to the design. Among my cables it "just looks different". I have had it for a little more than a month so I can't say much about durability. Also, being a careful person I don't expect mine to break soon.It's worth the price.

I really like the materials and quality connectors. However, I bought to connect a 2011 iMac to a Harman/Kardon stereo receiver and it diminished the sound by 20dB. Which is really annoying if you switch to FM from iTunes and forget to adjust the volume down. Just replaced it with a BlueRigger cable and that is working perfectly.

I bought two of these at the same time. I tried hooking one up to my computer and could not hear one of the channels. I tried adjusting my computer's audio and the speakers; but to no avail. Then I tried the other cable; and the problem was cured. Quality control seems to be hit-and-miss.

This cable initially caught my eye cause it looks so beautiful. I have it running from a desktop computer to an amplifier. It runs alongside all kinds of power cables. I hear no hissing from my speakers, so I can say this has adequate shielding.

Not sure if actual sound clarity compared to cheaper dollar store options is sufficient for human hearing to notice, but the cable itself is very solid, ends machined to exact specs and creates the appearance of higher end audio system; feel confident using it.

Great performance , good finish , price is high but aesthetics of material is high too no complain good choice
