There's so many brands to choose from - I'd recommend this one, it is among the most effective I have tried.Firstly, it's standardised to a high strength of 'salidrosides' as opposed to 'rosavins' with many other brands. In my experience, that means it's more calming and with a positive uplift in mood.Secondly, as other reviewers have pointed out, it's from a verifiable US source.

Amongst other things, especially during these times rhodiola has definitely helped me with the added stresses and strains. I know this really helps as I ran out of my last brand by mistake (I was convinced I had another bottle in waiting) - in just a few days without it, my stress levels shot up. Since restarting with this brand, after 3 days I definitely felt calm again. Bear in mind that I was only without rhodiola for about a week, if you are trying this out for the first time you may need to give it at least a week or so for it’s effects to kick in.

I've been buying rhodiola rosea from NOW for sometime and they had a really good effect on me, more energy, relaxed, really good, BUT THEY SEEM TO HAVE STOPPED MAKING THEM, OR I CAN BUY THEM ANYWAY.So I tried this make, everytime I took one I felt really ill from about 30 to 60 minutes after taking it.Tried taking them 6 times over a 3-week period every single time they made me feel really lousy for the next 24-hours!

Think the product recieved should match the picture The bottle i recieved had a white top with no seal under lid which i found concerning. The strong initial chemical smell is infact the scent of Rhodiola. Its ashame as these really work for energy, mind clarity and infinitely more effective than the brand Vegavero 200mg even when taking 3 of these ones. Think they should send out the black top oned like pictures and offer a seal under cap for security and freshness.

I like this company, and I like the ideal of Rhodiola Rosea, but so far I haven't felt any benefits.Rhodiola Rosea is supposed to lower stress, and increase focus and attention and a sense of well-being... I've been taking them for a week or so and I haven't noticed any changes yet, but I'll keep at it.It is known to balance cortisol which is the basis of SO many issues: excess cortisol can cause migraines and it can halt weight loss... just absurd seemingly unconnected health problems that can be partially traced back to excess cortisol.So while I don't feel any changes yet, it's absolutely worth persisting with.£18.95 for something with this much potential is just absolutely worth a go.

Amazingly the root contains more than 140 active ingredients the most potent are rosavin and salidroside. I am relieved that it is free from gluten being a coeliac this is very important to me.
