10/10 customer service. When I purchased a product I had issues with a slide. The end of the slide was damaged, so I needed a replacement. Amazon return policy had already expired, because installation took us longer than expected, as we didn’t have a drill. When we contacted customer service they were extremely helpful and sent us a replacement right away without any issues. Overall the gym is very sturdy. The wood is solid, but there are parts that are not well-sanded. My husband got a splinter, so definately inspect it prior to introducing the gym to the children. Also, the climbing holds were incorrectly depicted in the instructions. I noticed only after my poor husband manually installed all of them, so he had to redo it. So make sure to install them as they are depicted on the picture, not the manual, unless that is the goal. Overall, very versatile gym. My 11-month baby loves the side and is in process of learning how to climb. It definately takes a lot of space, but it’s worth it because it brings so much joy.

My almost 5y.o loves this thing! I purchased this for my autistic toddlers sensory room to help her get some of her wiggles out. It was recommended by some other autistic moms so I wanted to try it out. She hopped on it immediately and that is the first thing that she runs to as soon as she gets in her room. She loves the swing and it’s helping her with hand eye coordination with the climbing.

My son loves it. Directions for installation weren’t perfect, but using the YouTube instructions I was able to finish it up. It’s pretty big, so I suggest measuring your space first ensuring there is space well beyond the measurements of this jungle gym.

After eight months of use, pretty good value. It’s small enough to go in our garage and the kids been using it regularly in. It’s holding up pretty good.

The instruction for putting it together was clear and much better than some others. The ropes are quite soft, they don’t hold my toddler’s weight too well but she really enjoys it, still.

My kids LOVE this. We got it for them to have something to play on inside especially on cold or rainy days. It is perfect! Whenever they get the crazies and want to start jumping all over the furniture, I tell them to go play on their jungle gym instead. It’s very sturdy; I’ve had at least 4 kids on it at a time. My daughter has also finally figured out how to pump her legs while swinging to make herself go because she is in this all day everyday. We love it and would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I put the order and then noticed I forgot to apply the coupon discount. So I canceled it and put another order with coupon applied. However, the first order was already shipped even I canceled it within one hour. So I reached out to the customer service and told them I put two orders and failed to cancel the first one. They offered me a work around so that I didn’t need to pay shipping fee and restocking fee. They’re efficient and very helpful! I appreciate their help so that I didn’t pay extra money to ship back the first order.My son loves this small playground and he plays on it everyday. It’s awesome we’d play inside when it rains.
