Superb quality and performance, little lag in mouse response but manageable. After six months mouse left button not working and keyboard buttons are pressing automatically sometimes cccc sometimes gggg. Waste of money.

Today, 3rd September 2024. I bought this combo on 6th November 2023. The keyboard is not working. I have a three-year warranty on this product. The only way I can benefit from my warranty is by visiting the service centre which is 34 km away from my place and if I assume that it will be corrected on the same day, still, the cost of going up and down to the service centre will be somewhere around 800-900 INR. I purchased this combo for 2699INR and if I have to get a repair service, the overall cost of this product will become ~3699INR. Also, at the same cost of visiting the service centre, I can get a brand new combo or a keyboard (point to be noted, the difference between the quality of a 1000 INR product and this product is not worth 1000 INR). Initially, I rated it 5 stars, but now I gracefully brought it down to 1 star. Just a small advice to Rapoo, for the time being, they can focus on their support service instead of bringing out products mindlessly. If your customer is paying you 2.5K for a product and you are promising to provide 3 years of service, then you should do it. But if you can't afford to increase your service centres or provide home support, then you can reduce the warranty from 3 years to 1 year and focus on the important aspects. Providing actual customer support will be much more appreciated rather than luring your customers with a 3-year warranty promise.

Using it for a samsung tablet and it works great. Seamless connectivity, half the price compared to logitech pebble 2. Pebble 2 is great no doubt but this gives additional number buttons usable for office and wfh use. Slim compact and light and feels durable.

KBoard is too compact. Left arrow key used in numeric pad is nusense and will take time to get used to it.Numeric and Caps are clicked or not you have to keep guessing. Not able to connect KBoard to multistation.

The media could not be loaded. I got this with price ₹ 2870/-. It very much attractive and useful . All keys are working fine , it has very much slim . I preferred this because because most of Bluetooth keyboards are chargeable and this is battery AAA oprerated keyboard. It works with iPad also .

The product deserves a negative rating if possible. Firstly both the devices keyboard and mouse got a problem. Secondally the worst service experience- no pickup service- no remote diagnosis- only 1 service center in whole of Pune, that too in center of town, almost 25 km from my place- service center executive was rude, wanted 2 hard copies of invoice, they had a printer but declined to print. This requirement is not mentioned at rapoo website nor the call center executive explained this- i had to walk another 400-500 meters to get the printout- the stairs for service center are in bad shape - poorly lit, inconsistent- call center is not eady to reachOverall if you wish to buy ots without a serviceability, or once it has a defect just throw it away. It will be cheaper and less chaotic experience.Now next is pickup service. Will add the experience later.
