As an 86 Yr old, living alone, I found it uncomplicated to fit and comfortable to wear. I am NOT RETURNING THIS. I wish to purchase a second brace, exactly the same, please.

I had hopes for this product but in reality expecting it to adapt from a large gentleman to a small female is ambitious. I've been wearing it for over 2 weeks now with little improvement. Most likely because it doesn't fit too well. It does have under arm padding for comfort, which some don't, but because it fits either shoulder there will always be a clasp at the back which can be uncomfortable when sitting back. It would probably work better on someone with a larger shoulder than me.

I am an average sized woman with a chest so please bear that in mind when reading anything which follows.We struggled a little with the adjuster straps to get any sort of fit, as clearly with a "one size fits all" item that also fits guys, there would be. The outside is completely covered in velcro so you have a rather broad range of places to attach the adjustment straps to suit you. The chest strap crosses my chest above my cleavage as it's not possible for the strap to sit diagonally across a breast, owing to the tension required on the strap for fit.What kind of support have I achieved? The brace has definitely restricted the range of movement in the joint but not immobilised it. This is what I was looking for. I can still use a laptop because of being able to bend my arm at the elbow, but I won't be reaching for anything. Win.It is comfortable to wear and not so bulky that you couldn't wear it under a jacket if you needed to for work. Well-made, should last.

After trying many this one is the only one that supports my shoulder without feeling uncomfortable.The strap that goes under my arm has extra pad so it is very comfy!

I have a torn rotator cuff. Using product for support. It's so cumbersome to use. Velcro sticking to every part of product. It's so difficult to put on for someone with limited dexterity. Defeats the purpose really. Would not recommend.

Excellent brace for my shoulder injury. Fast delivery and well made product. Easy to use and very comfortable but most of all effective. The pain in my shoulder dissipated within a few hours. Would recommend and very pleased I found it! Thank you.

I’m a very petite female and this was way too big for my arms. It definitely shouldn’t be one size fits all.However the quality seemed very good and had this fit me it would’ve been for for purpose.

I'm 5' 2" and 229 lbs. Yup, I'm big. Due to recent developing bad knees, I get little exercise. That is why the first support I purchased was extra-large. Guess what, it was way too big. If you border between regular & extra-large, go with the smaller size. It will fit snug, which is what you want. The way it is made, is easy to get on and off, but I didn't realize that at first. There is a clip up by the shoulder which I discovered late, that really helps. You will need to experiment with the adjustments, to fit you, but once that is done, it will feel so good when on. My aches and pains in the shoulder will almost disappear, once it has been on for an hour or so. It's easy to do some housework, too. I am thankful that I ordered this one. By the way it has a sort of pocket to hold a small ice pack. You can buy ice packs made for shoulder supports, too.

3 stars for false advertising. Definitely NOT the same brace pictured, or in video. WILL NOT fit anyone larger than a med/large petite woman.Decent quality. Did give me instant, frozen shoulder relief. However, the comfort of the arm wrap leaves something to be desired, and I’m unsure how long it can be worn. The Velcro piece is stiff and sharp in the arm pit area.If anyone comes across the branded shoulder brace in the video, please let us all know where you found it!
