nuLOOM Rikki Coastal Braided Jute Area Rug, Oval 3x5, Off-white

This is a beautiful rug. Exceptional quality, can't find anything like it in the store. Pictures are great but it's much nicer in person. Definitely a great buy.

Using for the rug in entry way. Looks good. Color isn’t as light as I thought from the picture but still looks pretty.

The first time I purchased this rug it came and when I unwrapped it the only thing I noticed was a slight grassy scent similar to dried hay. I put it on top of a rug pad and was very happy. The dogs loved it, I got lots of compliments on it, and it worked for its purpose as an indoor entry rug.When it was starting to look a little worn I decided to reorder it, because I was so happy with the first one.The second one arrived and had dirt literally falling off of it. Had to vacuum it for about 20 minutes and sand/dirt continued to fall out of it for days. It had a very strong odor, and was damp, I suspect it was moldy.I'm so disappointed in the lack of quality control. Because I use it as an entry rug I anticipated having to replace it as it wore out, but the second one wore out much faster and was coming apart at the seams.After reading reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence for the manufacturer - That there's a lack of quality control and their rugs often arrive smelling mildewy/moldy and with dirt chunks.I'm overdue to replace this rug, and have not decided what I'm going to do. I don't like the idea of gambling whether or not I will get a good rug this time or another one of the poor quality ones.

Rug feels very durable and softer than I expected!

We like the way the rug looks but the edges are unraveling so I had to do a bit of minding on my own.

I love this rugs. I didn't expect it to be soft as it is. I see one imperfection on one side of the rug. It looks like dirt on it. I'm going to weep it and see what happens but other than that. I'm very pleased. It looks like the picture. It truly goes with my farmhouse decor.

Love this rug! It's exactly as pictured and super soft. My only complain is that after a few weeks of use, the edges are starting to get frayed. Hoping it doesn't unravel any further.

I read the reviews before purchasing and decided to take a shot. The rug did smell very bad at first and took a few days to air out. The color matched my decor so I was happy. We’ve had it in our living room for about a month and we don’t wear shoes in the house. Already it is looking very old and worn out. I would not recommend

Thinner than I expected. Came folded in a tight bundle about half the size of a sleeping bag.

The area rug did not look like the photo.The shade of the rug was more yellowyorange than brown. Returned the item.
