Sweet and you can taste pine but not sure if it’s 💯 raw.
I been buying raw honey from different brands and to be honest I don’t know if this is real or fake. It’s sweet and you can taste the pine even though I don’t know how pine tastes like 😅. The good thing is it didn’t turn in sugar like most of the honey did.

Grade A Honey is delicious.
You can tell this is forest honey by the slight antiseptic taste that fir tree flowers have when in blossom. On arrival this honey had a slight grainy texture because it arrived very cold. Nothing to be concerned about. Very tasty, and if I had my way I'd spoon it straight from the jar into my piggy little mouth.Worth every penny.

Lovely but overpriced in my opinion people on a budget would not afford such luxuries.

Disappointing
Purchased July 2022 for £9.99.Given the 2 star Great Taste Award (2012) I was expecting an interesting and complex honey - but this was quite bland. I was expecting to taste resinous notes of Pine and Fir, but this lacked any real character. Certainly a step up from mass-produced supermarket brands, but nowhere near as good as some of the small scale local honey producers in my area.Not worth it at £9.99, and I don't think I'd purchase again even if it were half the price.

Perfect
This honey is everything that it’s said to bee.I’ve been taking a tsp every morning for over two months now and have avoided all nasties going around ; do also take with lemon and hot water whe. I feel a bit off colour and works like magic .On my second jar , delicious too!
