A decently priced product from Godrej.
The quality of the product is top class, Godrej always delivers best locks in the market no doubt. the brass finish is pretty much blended into door with door handles, the privacy lock feature from inside only is new and the technician (service call.no: 593447) was professional and installed the lock pretty easy and fast.

Product is good, but there is no response from installation team, the numbers provided wont connect and there will not be any response for email.

No quality
The media could not be loaded. Bought this lock as a replacement main door lock as the one I had earlier had developed some fault. I was particular about antiq Blass colour fof it's look. But, in two months after installation the brass colour started disappearing. I regret for opting this colour instead for SS or brown painted body.
