I bought this phone case over 2 years ago and it has been great. It protects my phone when I'm in the pool with my kids. The thing that happened that made me want to write a review though... I set my phone on the hood of my mom's Kia and then forgot about it. She left and drove over 3 miles on the highway, going 68 mph, and it stayed on the hood!! I know that's not one of the "features" but it seriously gripped the hood and I'm super grateful! The little cord gets frayed so this was the second case I bought. I will absolutely buy another from this company when I get a new phone!!

This thing is awesome! Had my phone in my side pocket for numerous water crossings and waterfall exploring and this kept it safe and dry!

This case has held up for about 2.5years -- protected phone pretty well being dropped on concrete, gravel, tile, etc. Scratches on plastic covering camera lens (front and back) have majorly impacted camera quality while it is in the case, so I take it out for nicer pictures and such. Size of hole for charger was minor issue, as some USBC cables I owned don't fit with the case. Ordering a new one because 1) the volume and side buttons have worn out with the side lock button fallen out completely so I can't use it anymore and 2) there is a crack in the front near the bottom. Also some chips in the plastic/rubber exterior. Not bad for what it's been through.I don't love how bulky it is but that is fine, and the screen protector hasn't affected ability to use the touch screen so that's great.

I initially got this case to replace the one my phone has that was damaged. I wanted to have a flat clean surface to put some stickers on to personalize it and this seemed like a good choice. Durability and buttons work great and the charger cover is nice and snug, however it does diminish the sound if you're using the phone's speaker. The biggest issue that gives this case only three stars is how the screen protector sits. It's almost as if it hovers off the screen enough to make scrolling and typing more cumbersome. Abit clacky to type with and in the rain it's even more difficult to navigate with. Overall not bad, but would prefer something more usable in the elements and less clacky when it comes to typing.

This is my second purchase of this waterproof, shock resistant phone case. I had used the first one for a couple years, and though the front was looking a bit dinged up and the fingerprint freader was starting to get just a little balky, I would probably still be using it had I not dropped my phone in the (gasp! oh, no!!) toilet. I was coming in from the car and my hands were full. I stuck my phone in my back pocket and didn't notice when it slipped out. After unpacking the car, I realized I couldn't find the phone. Finally I checked the last place I could think of, and there it was.The phone was fine (thank goodness), but this convinced me I should no longer put off replacing the case. I had to hunt on Amazon for it because after two-plus years it had fallen off the list of previous purchases.I had bought the phone primarily for the shock protection. I drop my phone sometimes while getting out of the car or knocking it off a table, etc. This case has protected my phone as I anticipated when I bought it. It was well worth tracking down a waterproof case though. I have occasionally spilt liquids on my phone. I wiped it off and thought no more of it, but I was not prepared to deal with a submersion. I'll admit that I did not expect case that cost around $20 to perform as well as at did, but I am truly grateful that it did. I hope this replacement does the job as long.There is a minor drawback that you should be aware of, though. The waterproof case can muffle your voice when speaking to someone over the phone. The case fits together pretty snugly - as it should - and it takes a bit of effort to take it off so the other person can hear you. It's not always a problem, but it is something to keep in mind. It hasn't been a problem for me to hear the other person or with audio on various apps, though I did notice that I could turn the volume down when the case is off. That is a minor concern though, considering how well the case protects the phone and how reasonable the cost is.

I purchased the case for my galaxy S20 FE and I like the case so far. I have not checked the camera for night pictures, or selfies yes as I saw an issue someone brought up. I also have not tested the water barrier and don't plan to at this point. I like it thus far. The reason this is not a 5 star is that I wondered if I was provided a previously returned case. I did not need to peel any film off the inside of the case or a part for the fingerprint scanner as I have seen in the sample. I also did not get any wiping clothes beyond a tiny fabric cloth. I ended up using eyeglass wipes to clean my screen prior to installation. There was not a Smooth out tool as well in my boxed item. Despite that, I still like it. I replaced a previous case that was worn out and this case is easier to add the protective screen.
