Double check your kit!
I use this brand for all of my leather tack so I got this kit to be portable for my high end leather shoes when traveling. The kit was great but had to get a replacement because my first order seemed to be an already open kit with items missing and used from it. Other than that is great!

Damaged. Twice, now.
This is the second one of these I ordered. After the first one showed up with a nearly-empty bottle of oil (it leaked all over the contents inside the kit), I tried again.Same story the second time, but worse condition. Brush fibers stuck to the oil, all over the inside of the box. Contents soaked in it. Can’t tell if it was used, or just damaged because of this. Sending back. I give up.

Product shipped is visibly damaged and used
Product is visibly damaged and used and as you can see it’s not even out of its packaging that it was shipped in. What a scam! The clips are missing from the plastic case to hold it shut, there’s hair and scuff marks over the product.

Smaller dimensions than I thought, but the product goes a long ways
The kit has smaller dimensions than I thought, but honestly everything in the kit is as advertised. Brushes are small. The leather balm is amazing! I could instantly feel the difference in my bridle upon applying. 30 minutes later I was at the barn and it had absorbed completely and retained its nice flexibility improvement. Pleasant odor too, just kind-of a bees-wax smell. Definitely have to work at it, the leather has to be completely disassembled to use the balm, but I like taking apart my bridle.

Leaks
I love the product so wanted a travel size kit to keep in my horse trailer. The oil came empty and had leaked over everything, I exchanged it & the 2nd package had the exact same thing

Missing parts
I received it only for it to be missing the balm and the grip stick as well as the large white foam was covered in grass/ hay of some sort.

Looks used! Missing pieces
The sets looked used. It is all scratched. There is no slick stick . The description is wrong. You don’t get everything pictured.
