These are a bit pricey, but they cover a lot, so I guess they're worth it.

I’m a beginner at this homeschool stuff. I found this curriculum kit to be very useful and helpful. Maybe at the end of the school year I will comeback with an updated review. As of right now I like what I have.

It's way too basic a curriculum. There isn't much fun to keep the kids engaged. The geography & history workbooks are about feelings & emotions, which are great....except when you are hoping for a history textbook. Overall I am not thrilled with this curriculum.

My child enjoyed this curriculum.

We started using this program for my daughter’s first grade curriculum but only the Language Arts was worth it. The history and science were a joke. I honestly thought that they accidentally sent us books meant for PreK. There was an entire science book that could be summed up “Some animals eat plants, some animals eat meat and some eat both” but there were no scientific words used like carnivore or herbivore. I don’t think I’ve ever met a first grader who didn’t already know that. The Math was very inconsistent in how many problems needed to be done. Basically to finish in an average school year a student needs to complete 2 pages a day but some days it was two pages with lots of pictures and 4 problems and some days those two pages had 20 or more problems each and just were not developmentally appropriate. One big issue with the program in general is that you can’t just buy the workbooks. I still have the readers and the teacher’s manual for the language arts curriculum and would like to use it for my next child but I can’t do that. Instead they expect parents to spend hundreds of dollars again. Many other curriculums (like math with confidence which is WAY better and much cheaper or rightstart math) allow parents to buy new workbooks for each child and that saves parents money and also saves trees and is good for the planet.

Illustrations are disturbing. Plus it is very repetitive and boring for the kids. I do not recommend it. I bought it and used for a couple of days and then decided to use a different curriculum. They did not accept a return so is just seating in my garage now.

Very hard to follow lesson plans. Emailed the company and they are not very friendly or helpful. Teachers manual has many errors that I have come across. I paid a lot of money for this program and would expect it to be professional and checked for errors.To much information to cover in one day for all 4 subjects.Lots of extra in lesson plan that they tell you to do but don't provide. And not easy to follow lesson plans for teachers.Very disappointed overall
