Very Convenient way to make Dumplings.
Easy to prepare (Translations using the internet)I would soak a little longer in the cold water.Also, the biol then simmer times could be longer. This may be due to altitude though.The only drawback is getting the cooked product out of the cooking Bag (Kochbeutln).A small sharp scissors works well, wear some disposable latex or similar gloves as it can be a little messy.I had a recommendation from the "polish" market to make a mushroom gravy. like in a Jager schnitzel.
