Great product in all the aspects I can think off. Extremely comfortable and feels rather durable. I was contemplating buying a sofa from Ikea before I came across this and I have to say this wakefit one is way better designed and surprisingly more affordable.The foam inside is a perfect balance of not too hard not too soft. If you want those sofas where you sink into it this is not that. But In the long run this would be more comfortable as well as much better for your back.Great customer care and support as well. They call to check up on a day before your product arrives and to see if it’s satisfactory upon reaching. The only drawback if I was forced to come up with one is that the product took a few days longer to deliver than the promised delivery every date. But I called them up and they expedited it and it came in a day afterwards. So in no way a deal breaker. When I called up customer care I found out that the sofa was being manufactured at the factory as I was speaking. In no way was it custom made for me lol but it makes sense to not stock large volumes and warehousing costs but instead maybe manufacture the products on request, that’s what I understood from the exchange. It even made me feel special in some weird way I might say haha. So be assured that when you order these most likely you’re always getting a brand new, just made, as fresh as it gets product.I’ve checked high and low and under every rock to get the best deal on sofas and this is the best one I found. Buy this. Your butt and back will thank you.

Overall it is a good product.1. Nice design. Variety of color options for fabric.2. Very spacious. Be mindful if you have small room, and you are looking for 3+2 variant.3. Affordable4. Quality looks ok, let's see how durable it would be.5. Delivery was on time.6. Seating is a not too hard or soft.7. It shows in lic that model can be dissembled but it's not. I got fully assembled.

I love this Sofa!! Beautiful, elegant and strong. I was very hesitant to buy furniture(sofa) online due to my bad experiences in the past, however this one item changed my perception. The sofa is of very good quality, material, cloth, cushions, everything about it. Sofa is big, comfortable yet compact, meaning not bulky, very well designed,stichings are strong and seamless. Colour is Cobalt blue, a very pleasant dark blue not ink or navy. The same quality you get in other brands at a rip off cost. I will upload some pics too, once my furnishing is complete. It's a steal guys, go for it!I am a happy customer here, wakefit also has excellent customer support, they called to enquire if there any complaints with the product, care instructions etc...I also bought pillows from them, was again delighted...now I plan to buy mattress :)

Product Quality is intact after 6 months of use very comfortable

I am writing this review after using the sofa for 1.6 years .Best at the reasonable price, after surfing many sofa with lots of doubts I ordered this sofa. I am happy it gives very comfortable feel for your back. It's not too soft or too hard. Material is very good. Back cushions gives happy and relaxed feel. Dissatisfaction factor is the late delivery. They provide seller contact but they do not solve the issues like early delivery or any customisation. They just say we will take feedback and do it. But no. Overall i am happy with the product. Good go for the small family with great look and comfort

The sofa is very comfortable..the fabric is little bit jute type and it is durable.. overall very nice product..apart from it the after sale service is excellent..I had some issue with the leg of sofa, but the Wakefit team immed take up and repaired the sofa..They are really dedicated company.. customer service is top notch.
