When this product arrived, I must admit I was slightly disappointed with the packaging. Yes I was aware that the packaging was recycled, however, this packaging does not do this good product justice-it looks cheap. But on a positive note, the organic credentials are positive. The oil itself has an intense wooded aromatic fragrance, which is quite long lasting. I use this oil with a base of organic extra virgin coconut oil, as the thyme oils is far too aggressive on its own to use. A very good product especially for the price, you will not be disappointed.The above comment was one I made last year I think. I received my new order, as I purchase this product every couple months or so. Listening to customers is all about making a connection with them, its about the company paying close attention to the customers individual needs & then understanding them. We in return help them achieve their goals. Now I am not saying it is due to me, however the new packaging is great & I love it. More to the point, you reacted to it so quickly.
