Q: The picture shows 3 different sizes, what size is the one I am ordering or is it all 3?

This is the white one, so the middle pic is the one your looking at for size.

Q: How many inches from the intake hold center to the water line will this handle?

Like 3/4” less than overall height, I’m assuming that measurement is in the details.. that being said….. these things did not last me , if your boat goes much over 40 they won’t last,they do work well till they break, kept my livewell full and supplies enough for my raw water wash down hose

Q: What is the hole pattern ?

Nut( on thruhull pickup) locks backing plate on and the cover or scoop screws to it , not to the hull… that being said they do not stay together for long . I won’t be wasting anymore of my money on them.

Q: How doi know what size i need for my boat? is the intake supposed to flat with the transom? or should stick out 1/4 of an inch?

the large one is adjustable should be flat with bottom of boat that's where mine is and works at all speeds
