Pleasantly Does The Job
The media could not be loaded. I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the occasional porch pirate. I needed something to let me know when someone has entered my screened porch. I rent my apartment and can’t install a wired bell for a surveillance system like the Ring and am not allowed to affix anything to the house or I forfeit ownership of it to the landlord (I know... strict but kind so I adhere to rules). After lots of research I found this little bell. I had to trust images and reviews on how loud or quiet the bell is.I was a able to screw it in to an empty screw hole on my screen door. Let me tell you... it is so subtle. It’s a bell, it rings for a couple of second and gently stops. When it is windy or stormy outside it doesn’t make a peep. It only rings when the door is opened swiftly and when it closes shut.It is absolutely not an annoying bell. It’s so pleasant. I put up a quick video of me opening my door and letting it slam shut so you can hear.

We have this on our back door because we have little kids and is very loud! It was easy to put up and has been very durable! It does sound like a bakery bell, but it does the job!

Potty training!
Purchased this product to mount next to the door to teach my dogs to ring the bell so they can be let out to go to the restroom. The bell is loud enough that it gets everyone's attention. My personal downside to the bell, it's loud enough to get everyone's attention, meaning that if it gets mistakenly bumped, it jingles.The product is quite sturdy and honestly the sturdiness has been tested quite a few times because of the way I have mounted it. Dogs trip over the bell, fell on it a couple of times(its mounted out of the way, I just have derpy dogs), and even got hit with a soccer ball at one point.If someone bought this product for their shop, I would expect it to be around for quite some time.

Look the same but lesser quality than another seller
-1 star for easy install: Mounting screws provided are too small. Get ready to buy your own. This bell was poor quality than one from another go-go bell purchased from another seller. This one was curved poorly, meaning the bell touched the wall rather than hanging out in the air. I had to bend it out myself. Also looks like the metal bar is shorter, creating a shorter curve for the bell to hang from. Recommend buying one allowing free returns if comes like this—Check it against your wall before committing to it.
