I hadn’t been taking any vitamin c regularly before this except an occasion 1000mg effervescent tablet and whatever was in my multivitamins. I never liked the fizzy tabs as they just didn’t absorb (came out in wee!!) and I didn’t feel I got anything out them and If anything actually, dehydrated me.I take this vit c as a straight shot out of the sachet by sucking it in and rolling the sachet up to get it all out. Then a glug of water straight after. This works well for me as minimal taste if done quickly in one go and I don’t have to prolong the taste in water…yuk.tastes like cardboard done that way.First day of having it, I noticed I felt really well and really energised and didn’t associate it with the the vit c as those effects are not usually associated with it. However, a week later, I still feel really energised and well. Better than I have in a long, long time and I don’t know what else to put it down to except for this. Will continue and update…

I have tried so many pills, drops, caps, you name it. These pouches seem to help me the most. They are easy to carry with me, easy to open and easy to swallow.I like the fact that the list of ingredients is short, it contains the essential only.Suitable for a sensitive belly like mine, with no gluten or soy.They have just upgraded the formulation to erase the vomit-like taste (which one get used to, to be fair), which is even better.Last but not least, it is more affordable that the other liposomal vitamins I could find on the UK market.

Did not like the flavour as it tasted faty, stopped ordering it. Do not recommend, so went back to Zooki much better pleasant taste.

I really like this product!The science behind liposomes says this is a far superior delivery method and is the way forward.I take this in sparkling water - very refreshing.The ingredients list shows there's none of the usual sugar, sweeteners, bulking or flow agents, in fact none of the undesirable crap found in a lot of supplements.Vitamin C does so much good that I take it most days, regardless of my food intake.I love how easy this is and the sachets are very convenient to take with me to work too.Top product- highly recommended.

I bought this because it had good reviews and I was looking for a good vitamin C without sorbitol (which my gut can't tolerate!), aspartame, and all the nasties. I have IBS and a fibre intolerance, so am missing vitamin C definitely, owing to not being able to eat my "5 a day "So this fitted the bill.My first taste....yuck. It basically tastes nice underneath, like something possibly "buttery"? I could taste the liposomes, which had a pleasant fatty flavour which I happen to like.But then the "top note" was a flavour more reminiscent of plastic bags! A really plastic-y taste.Nevertheless, I soldiered on and ate/drank? it and am grateful. It didn't upset my stomach at all. But I did do it when I am hungry, and my nature is to be happy with anything when I am hungry. It does say to take before food. So as hungry as I get, and with tastebud joys and culinary expectations lowered by the restricted range of foods my gut accepts (including jolly old processed boil-in-the-bag white rice!) this went down in a friendly sort of fashion.So it was not totally disgusting, and I know I will get used to it. Yuck to the "plastic bag" flavour though.....What an aperitif! I literally swigged it down with a small shot of cognac.

Our back up supplement when we know we need to support our immune system better. Busy schedule, meeting lots of people and etc. So far it has worked very well for over a year.

I keep this in the cupboard for use in winter for colds and flu. It is really effective in fighting colds and giving me and my family a boost when needed. It has a high level of vitamin c which absorbs easily into the body. Will definitely purchase this one again. On a few occasions recently I've been fighting the start of a cold and have taken a couple of these sachets which seemed to stop the cold in its tracks 👍🏻
