This is the real deal!
Folks, this is not that "Stevia in the Raw" crap bonded to maltodextrin or dextrose that you find in the stores, this is the pure stuff in all it's brutally sweet form. It's so strong, a single level teaspoon will make a gallon of iced tea "Bojangle's sweet". I do a little thing with my friends - the "Stevia challenge" (similar to the cinnamon challenge popular on YouTube). I dare a friend to moisten a finger, dip it in the powder and touch to the tongue... some have said they couldn't eat anything sweet for a week! Ha ha!But in all seriousness, the Stevia from BulkSupplements is the real deal... pure and in its normal concentrate. The sweet is brutal and has a bit of an aftertaste, HOWEVER, I have found mixing a small part sugar (agave, honey, etc) makes it quite pleasant. Stevia has a way of boosting the sweet of sugars... leading to the "a little goes a long way" to apply here. This not only improves the taste, it extends your supply of the product and can cut caloric intake by 1/3 to 1/8!!!For iced tea southern style or "Bogangle's sweet", mix 1/4 cup sugar (1/8 cup honey or agave) with 1/2 teaspoon Stevia and mix into t gallon of tea. Perfect and barely any sugar PLUS, it's all natural and digests/metabolizes easily.I would NOT recommend for baking unless you figure that minimum sugar ratio and Stevia "boost" to taste. In other words, what is the minimum amount of sugar your cookies need to bake right... then find the amount of Stevia to make them properly sweet. Stevia works best as a "boost" to sugar - use 1/4 to 1/8 the sugar you would normally use and bring to desired sweetness with the Stevia - but watch out, this is strong stuff! This product from BulkSupplements is great! No fillers, additives or other crap you don't want... just pure Stevia extract. You can use it by itself but expect a little aftertaste... not unpleasant, but you do taste it. Use it as a boost for a small amount of sugar and you will use this every day for everything from coffee and tea to baking and other uses where you want to reduce or replace sugar.I've found this product from BulkSuppliments to be one of the best quality and best priced Stevia products on the market. If you came here looking for a good Stevia product, this is it!Great job BulkSupplements for bringing us such a good, high-quality product at a great price!

Great product for many reasons
I really like this product for a few reasons:1) Although it may seem a small package, it goes a long long way. Because of its good/pure qualify, you only need to use very little of it - on hte top of the spoon. This is why a single packet took so long to sue with a family of 3.2) It is a pure quality with not after taste - it is naturally sweet and with no after taste. You simply feel the taste of the drink you used it in. I cannot see any down sides of the product. Well... on the first use, my hubby put a whole big spoon in his coffee thinking this is like all other sweeteners. Of course, the taste was kind of weird, but it was because of huge overdose. It was not the product, it was misused!!! Make sure you use very little for normal sweet taste. (on the very top of the spoon)3) Compare to other sweeteners (and I have tried tens of them!), it is naturally sweet and dissolves perfectly. At time you ma see a lump of it as it is very light (pure) but if you gently mix with a spoon, it dissolves great and this is not the case with many other products.4) I thought also that it is prices good for the quality. Look how long you are using it.5) I feel safe using this product. No problem encountered like upset tummy or feeling sugar spikes if I use more in deserts, etc.Another warning is to be careful when you move it from the package into storage containers like sugar pots. I use a crystal sugar pot and because of the pure quality of the powder (or at least this is what I assumed) the powder is very light and may make a mess flying all around. If you move it carefully and wipe, it is wonderful.I just finished my first pack (quite long after I purchase it, but this was a normal use for family of 3) and reordering my second packet. It is a great product!

Great bargain
I have tried many versions of non-sugar sweeteners and am quite happy with this. I am unable to tolerate artificial sweeteners due to bladder irritation - yes it is a real thing and underrecognized. I tried erythritol, which I loved, but became concerned about studies showing platelet activation and clotting events associated with sugar alcohols. I finally moved on to stevia and tried some versions that are mixed with maltodextrin. Good product but relatively expensive. This is pure stevia and you need a very small amount. I only use it in tea and cocoa and the flavor is just fine. I use maybe 1/32 of a teaspoon, possibly less, and that is enough for me. I do not attempt to use it in baking because I doubt I could get the sweetness right. It does not dissolve immediately, but always does within about 10 seconds with agitation. As others have pointed out this could last one a lifetime if stored properly.

Be prepared to cut back!
I had been using Truvia for years, but noticed that the last few tubs I had gotten weren't as sweet as it was before, which made me use a lot more than I previously did. This got way too expensive so I started looking around for alternatives. I had tried other supplements from this company before, and they were always the "real deal", so I was willing to take a chance on their Stevia extract. At first, I thought it was crazy that I was paying the price I did for the small amount I got in, but it all makes sense now! I had to order another set of measuring spoons because if you use too much of this powder, it WILL have a bitter aftertaste. I ordered a 1/8th TSP measuring spoon (tiny little guy) and it's the PERFECT amount for my 16-18 ounce mugs of coffee and tea in the morning. Simple to measure out, and is always sweet with no bitter aftertaste. Don't hesitate to try this out, but be mindful that you WILL need to use less than you did with other mixed powders. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to make a switch. It tastes great and is an awesome value. This little bag is gonna last forever!
