A heavy product, and a product which really works the arms. Have the rope hook around a washing line in the garden. It doesn't take long for the arms to start burning from the initial 'this is easy' thinking to 'why won't this stop' takes minutes.One tip when on the grass is move yourself around as the ropes do 'beat up' the grass.Recommend for sure.
