Product is as described very minor cosmetic damage. Runs without issue, very good price.The team is very responsive and swift with solutions

Problems
The laptop repeatedly drops connection to the internet, whether on different wifi sources or ethernet. Have to restart the laptop to get connected again which usually works but not every time.Keyboard gets a life of its own sometimes. I can be typing then all of a sudden i will get something like this:up-da--------------te-----------follow-------onmust be a hardware issue which is a shame as they are usually good robust machines, ideal for my job. yes its a cheap refurbished machine but should still fulfil basic functions with no issues.

The laptop is as advertised and is in good working order, however, the charger that was sent with the item, is for the wrong region. I now have to spend over £10 to get a UK charger for the laptop. I have sent the seller a message 2 days ago, but I am yet to receive a reply, perhaps this might spur it on.....
