Douk Audio Nobsound G2 100W Subwoofer ampere and Mono Channel Power Amplifier PBTL/BTL Bridge

The receiver on my surround sound broke so I picked up a used one that was even better. Unfortunately it expected a powered sub and my speakers had a passive sub. This was a lot cheaper than buying a new subwoofer and works great. I was able to find a good balance and get even better sound than I had with the old receiver. An added bonus is that with the flick of a switch I can remove all bass. It comes in handy when my toddler is sleeping or when my teenager gets overzealous with his music or video games.

I needed something inexpensive to drive an old non-powered sub-woofer I'd gotten from a friend. The price was right on this so I took a chance.For such a small little device, it sure packs some punch. It's doing the job I need it for perfectly, and has thus far better quality and power than I was expecting. I'm no audiophile, but this thing is worth the money; of that I'm sure.For those experiencing buzzing, make sure you power this from the same electrical source as the rest of your system (same power bar). The one I have is silent when there's no signal.

I was rather hesitant in making my decision to buy this amp, but when I checked out the other reviews, I decided to give it a try. This is a very impressive little amp for driving a sub-woofer. I am using it to drive an old Pioneer 8" driver, and have found I don't need to go beyond the 1/2 way point on the volume control using the 26dB setting to get the level of bass that I desire. I noticed that a number of people were complaining about a pop when turning the amp off. I am not experiencing this problem at all. I'm very happy I made this purchase.

Nodsound G2:Le pad en quatre positions en dessous est génial. Je voulais un contrôle parfait a bas volume pour le sub et ca fonctionne parfaitement. De plus le passe bas (sub) envoie au sub passif seulement les fréquences de basses. Ca marche parfaitement. Moi je l'ai réglé a 25w (sur 100w) pour l'écoute de la musique c'est juste assé. Ajustement très précis.

Cheap, good sound and really fast delivery!I bought a cheap 450W powered sub on eBay but it didn't work. Scouring the net I found this amp and decided the outlay was worth risking on an unproven speaker. I ditched the old amp (but salvaged the banana plug terminals and internal wiring) and hooked up this new amp—needless to say, it surpassed my expectations.TBH, I've noticed the tiniest bit of a hum from it, but I previously had huge issues with a ground loop that made my previous set-up un-listenable. Once I've got music or a movie going, the hum is not at all noticable, even on quiet stuff.From what I've seen, there aren't many other mono amps at this price with a frequency dial. And there's even fewer with a bridged mode (PBTL), not that I need this functionality myself. My only wish is that the frequency dial doesn't have any measurements on it, so I've had to guess where the 80Hz mark is.Finally, mine was delivered next day. Very impressed!
