Product is good charging speed is good easy to carry value for money battery life is good quality is good best product

The day I received this product, I am trying to charge this power bank but it's not charging. Also, I checked if it had the stand feature to hold the mobile, which is shown in the product video, but this is missing. Even, it's not showing any display of how much it is charged.. as shown in the product video in amazon.The only reason I purchased this was due to make in India trademark, but felt bad when I actually saw how the product is.I tried to cancel this product for a refund, but even refund is blocked.For me this is the most bad purchase I have done ever on Amazon.

Awesome backup, great quality, multiple options for input and output, in built torch light for 24/7 if needed but with less power. Torch doesn't uses any charge from the power bank...

It's been only 3 months since I bought this and the battery has started swelling. Charging is pathetic. After 80% of its battery left, it starts a countdown and goes to 0 in less than 2 minutes.

Just Charging 5000 mah 3 years old mobile callmate is using 50% power, then next 5000 it will be zero, then how its named 20000 mah, need clarification..Thanks

I like multiple connect cable ,I dislike it's size.
