Poor design and too thin to do anything.
They are much smaller than the pocket Southey just move around the side all the time

I can’t tell whether they’re good or bad.
Ther pads are quite slim. As a result they don’t offer too much support. That said they are quite firm which seems to help little more with there slim profile as there is less room for them to compress. But that les travel results in them feeling firm on your knees.They do work and I feel they will stay consistent for a long time where other more padded ones compress and become useless. They just don’t offer as much padding as I would have liked.
