well, if this works for you it works for you!I’m a violin student at uni— and I’ve tried almost every generic/common shoulderest brand you can think of. That video of Benedetti with a trash bag of her shouldrests is a big mood.But, man. WOLF HAS MY BACK(my neck literally tho). It never lets me down and if it works it works!If it don’t— u can probably find someone else who needed this rest! I like this model becuase it doesn’t have the screw extender that damaged an old violin of mine we it scratched the back by accident… so this one is basically almost the same but without that issue.It’s bendy, firm sponge, and pretty sturdy rubber grasps the violin well. The legs have a lot of room to extend if u are a long necked person!This shoulderrest does have some weight to it when compared to other shoudlerests like kun— but I promise it won’t bother you!And also: for its price point, it attempts to offer you that flexibility to adjust it as much as possible with high quality materials.God I have regretted so many purchases of shoulderests over the years only to come back here again. Wolf, I’m sorry for ever doubting you. You were my day one 😭🫶my violin and my upper body loves you forever.

Lo bueno que tiene es que el cojín se puede mover a tu conveniencia. Su colchón no lastima y además las gomitas de las pinzas evitan que se resbale el violín (aseguran un agarre firme). Dan buen soporte y puedes adaptarlo para que sea más alto, mediano o chico.

I found that it doesn't adjust down enough for me, still sits a bit high even when adjusting screws are in all the way. Prefer my current Kuhn rest.

What I like is that this is a very versatile shoulder rest, unlike the prettier wood ones. But honestly, Do I look at the shoulder rest…..lol…..NO!!!. I have tried about 4 different configurations before I settled on one. But in general all were comfortable. You can bend the shoulder rest to fit your shoulder and the extra height options are a winner.
