JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLE IT DID NOT WORK!!! I KEPT TRYING TO READ IF THERES A SWITCH ON EVEN INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTHING!!! FOUND A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE AND ITS PRETTY SELF EXPLANATORY. I CONNECTED IT THE SAME WAY AND GUESS WHAT.... IT STILL DOES NOT WORK!!!! IM ALWAYS WORKING SO WHO KNOWS WHEN I WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE IT BACK TO UPS STORE OR TAKE IT TO KOHLS FOR AMAZON RETURNS. I DIDNT GO CHEAP ON THIS PURCHASE TRYING TO AVOID THIS AND THIS STILL HAPPEN. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR DID NOT WORK IN THIS SITUATION 😠

So... I'm mixed about this product. It forms a sturdy base with the PS5 which I like, and holds everything well which I love. It also looks pretty good to have everything organized like this.The problem is, the charging capabilities and ports on the front are severely limited by the PS5 software, and hardly function. The PS5 does not play nice with it, so much so that I actually plugged the base into wall power instead of the PS5 because it wouldn't charge my controllers otherwise. Not exactly this products fault, but a fault none the less.My only real "gripe" about the product itself is that the red charging indicators don't change to green when your controller is fully charged. This means you never know if it's just constantly pumping your batteries with power or if your controllers are charged or dead or whatever. A red to yellow to green light would have been excellent.

The controllers charger doesn’t charge the ps5 controllers, I left the controllers connected the whole day, and didn’t charge them, the only thing I like is that is a nice stand. The two stars is only because I can use the stand.

When I bought this I was worried about the controllers not charging because I had read the reviews. At first I couldn't figure it out, but there are 4 small connectors on the left side next to where the PS5 stands. These connectors come out and plug into the controller. I added pictures to show the connectors and how they plug into the controller.So far it is working great and has everything I wanted and was expecting.

Works amazing! We couldn’t figure out how to charge the controllers until my son figured out these pieces go in the controller to connect it to the charging station. My son loves his stand. Definitely recommend it!

It works as a stand and I really wanted to like everything about it but couldn't. Like that this stand holds my PS5 and headphones and games in a very convenient way. The fan and the charging lights are also nice...just a pity I can't use it to charge my controller (even if I properly add the charging gizmo).

Works great. Bought for husband to keep everything together and charging and it’s been great! Would highly recommend!

It's nice 5 star, but it's optional fan is loud af.
