I use this for measuring the temperature in my kitchen while making bread and keeping track of the temperature in my outside vegetable storage bin. It works well. My dough rising is far more consistent due to the accurate temperature tracking and I'm able to monitor the temperature of my "root cellar" improving the storage condition of my potatoes, carrots and onions. As the display is not backlit it is a little dim but that isn't a problem for me. I'd buy it again.

This weather station is smaller than the one that just failed but seems to work fine so far. The inside and outside temps are off about .5 degrees when I had the outdoor sensor beside the base unit when setting them up. The outside transmitter is outside on my deck, about 40ft from the base unit inside my house and has been working good so far.

I have purchased previous products from LaCrosse. They all worked well and lasted for years. I purchased a new one in November. In February, the outdoor temperature died. It shows the indoor temp less five degrees on average. I wish we were experiencing the temperatures it displays outside. But I live in Ontario and not in Florida. Can't recommend it.

Works fine but quality lower than in the past.No more backwards compatibility! I have three generations now and have been able to replace the sender to keep them going (one sender linked to three displays) but no more so they are e-waste.Only keeping it because I got $10 off.

I mistakenly bought this weather station assuming that it included a clock and an alarm clock. Well it includes a clock only and since the device has no backlite, it's impossible to see the time nor the temperature, at night, without turning a light on. Since I'm using it on my side table in the bedroom, it kind of lost it's usefulness.
