Plugged it in and everything is working as expected. I have not have not had to deal with tech support.

We have purchased a few of these for use in rooms where multiple items needed to be connected to the LAN. We recently finished building a new house and had it hardwired for Ethernet and coaxial. We are using Starlink as our Internet service provider. The Starlink is wired into the LAN, which allows us to plug in TVs, computers, etc to get the hardwired speeds.In the family room we have a smart TV, a computer, and a smart DVD player. In order to have them all wired into the LAN we had to put one of these boxes in the family room. It has worked flawlessly and was a very simple plug and play.This PoE switch is exactly what was needed and was very simple for an old guy who doesn't know much about LAN's, routers, switches, etc. We also put one in my den and in my wife's room. All have worked perfectly.Highly recommend if you have more than one item you need to connect to your LAN.

Since this is a plug and play, install is very simple. I have had good experiences with Netgear switches over many years.

We use this on a small business LAN closed to the public. It works like it is supposed to and runs all our POE+ equipment without issue. Thanks for a simple, well made product.
