Q: Is this a full coverage foundation?

I would say it is a medium coverage foundation. I still can see my acne scar after one layer of this foundation. You can build it up to full as some reviewers said.

Q: what color is creamy natural

Well.. it's not ivory and it's not beige it's kind of inn between. I thought about it for while before ordering it myself because I NEVER buy makeup online but I did and I really like it! It blends well and it smooth. Smells clean. It's the first time I've used this one and I think I'll use it again. But going back to the color I think it's just as it's labeled: nature and provides good coverage (good enough for me).

Q: Is this color comparable to classic ivory in the 3 in 1 foundation?

No, it's darker. You can go to www.findation.com and add the current shade you wear in specific products and it will give you a match. I'm not affiliated with that website in any way but I've just used the site many times when I wanted to order a foundation online. It's always given me accurate results. Very cool!
