Great product
All my gauges work again! There is a little bit of a learning curve, how long to apply heat to allow removal of old gauges. After you figure that out it is easy. I didn’t use the sucker, just held gauge from back side and put slight pressure while heating and wiggled until it released. Removal to reinstalling took less than an hour. (I didn’t replace bulbs since all mine were working). Worth every penny.

Great Kit ! Repair your dash yourself !
This kit worked great. And was surprisingly easy to do. I must mention that I am a mechanic and I have had previous have experience soldering circuit boards, but even if you don't, there's tons of videos on how to solder, that can help you save hundreds of dollars repairing your dashboard yourself. Plus soldering is pretty easy anyway, so what have you got to lose (besides money)? I must mention that the desoldering tool, or "solder sucker" is freakin' phenomenal! That thing saves tons of time removing the old stepper motors by leaving the pins solder free, loose and the board ready for resoldering. Neat little gizmo that thing. Anyway... in closing, I would recommend this kit. Good price. And now my gauges work.DEdit: I forgot to add that if you're doing a GMC dash and the PRND21 indicator is dim or out, search for videos that show what resistors to resolder to brighten it up. I did mine as most of the solder joints were cracked and it now lights up brighter than the DIC (driver information center) Cheers!

Good replacement kit for individuals with soldering experience
This is a good kit for replacing the instrument console stepper motors. The soldering iron was very good. I liked the needle point tip. The needle point tip is essential for this type of work. The desoldering pump worked well. I think the solder included in the kit was a little to big in diameter for me so I used a smaller diameter solder which gave me more control in soldering the new stepper motors.**Word of Warning** If this is the first time you have ever tried soldering then this is not for you. You need experience desoldering and soldering circuit boards. It is very easy to melt a component or trace if you are not careful. Removing the instrument console from the vehicle, desoldering, replacing and installing the instrument console back in the vehicle took about 2 hours. You do need to calibrate the gauges once the instrument console is installed in the vehicle. There are some good instructions online on how to do everything.

Good quality product !
It’s a very good product! Gauges for my 2007 gmc Sierra SLT 1500 5.3 v8 fitted ! Perfectly ! I wish light were brighter! (I used the blue bulb)They are halogen so don’t expect much! Other than that! Very pleased with this product! Saves my self 300$ for a cluster replacement !

Installed on a 2003 Chevy Avalanche
I have a 2003 Chevy Avalanche. I decided to buy this when both my temperature and gas gauges stopped working. I looked on youtube to see how the gauges are removed from the dashboard. The videos were very helpful. It was easy to remove the assembly from the dashboard and access the gauges.Even though two stepper motors did not work, I replaced all six motors in my display. I do not solder much so my soldering skills suck. I was still able to remove the old motors and fumble my way to soldering the new motors onto the circuit board without too much difficulty. I used both the iron and sucker that come in the package. They are not fancy but they work. The only minor complaint I have is that one of the motors failed after a week I had done the install. I notified Dr. Roc about the faulty motor and they promptly sent me a whole new package. I received it two days after I had notified them. Their customer service is excellent.Even though I had to remove the gauge assembly again from my dash to fix the faulty motor I still feel that this is a good product with great customer service

Great kit, great deal!
This is an awesome kit! I fixed the speedometer gauge on a 2005 rendezvous -- which would have cost at least $350 for the local dealership to fix. Not to mention that the most time consuming part of the job, which YOU still have to do if you're just taking the cluster to the dealership, is to remove all the trim, etc. to get the cluster out. The actual repair time to remove and replace the stepper motors was about 20 minutes -- I did all 4 motors even though the speedo was the only one with an issue at the time. I would definitely recommend watching a YouTube video both on how to take the cluster apart and on how to do the 'de-soldering' and 're-soldering' because there are NO directions with the kit. It was fun to do and worked VERY well.

The kit works for the tools
The kit tools are good but the servo has to small of a stem to put the needles back on must use glue for it to work! Other than that works fine!
