1. In Time mode, press and hold “A” to select seconds (seconds will flash). 2. Press “D” to reset seconds to “00”. 3. Press “B” to select hour, then press “D” to advance the hour. Holding “D” will advance the hour at a faster speed. 4. Repeat step 3 to finish setting time in the following order: Seconds, Hour, Minute, Year, Month, Date
