After sleeping on one of these at my daughters home, I asked her where I could get one, because I’ve not slept that well in ages. I ordered it at midnight and it arrived the next morning 🙌🏻. They need squeezing and fluffing before use, but they are so nice and firm but soft at the same time. I’ve been trying all sorts of combinations before, from doubling up on pillows to putting a folded blanket under my bottom sheet, to get the loft I needed. This pillow solved all my sleeping problems! I’d been looking at $100 pillows before 😳, so am very grateful for this small USA based business. Buy them you won’t regret it!

I used a pillow that is very visually similar for more than five years. Replacing the one I left in a hotel while on a trip.These seem to be a nearly identical product offered by several different vendors, all feature a nearly identical bamboo design on the case. None show any other manufacturing identification that I can identify. This more recent purchase seems to be slightly less firm than my original, but I've found that to be a slight improvement.The product claims to be warranted for ten years, but offers no instruction (other than reference to a webpage) on how to either register the product or make a claim. That said, I have no reason that this will ever need replacement due to some undiscovered defect.The secret: before use, put it in the dryer, low heat, for awhile. It makes an amazing difference in softness and uniformity.If I can manage to avoid leaving it somewhere, I expect to be as satisfied, and for as long, as before.

These pillows are nice. I just did not care for how these were packaged. I have this type of pillow already and they weren’t packaged like this. However, I would recommend them. They are very comfortable and maintain their shape well. You won’t be disappointed.I rated only 4 stars because of the packaging and how you have to let them rest/raise for at least 24hrs.

I've only had the pillows a few days and I like them except they seem to go flat after sleeping on them for a few hours.....

update: my stars are for the pillow itself. I understand some people may like extremely tough/firm pillows, but I do not. However, customer service for this product reached out to me and they were so helpful and kind. They did everything to make sure I was satisfied! This company deserves 5 stars for their customer service.I followed instructions that came with them, we were so excited. The first couple days I had hope that they’d fill out but soften up a little. They’ve just expanded, they so hard and uncomfortable. We don’t use them and never will. Extremely disappointed.
