Will this fit a 10 year old boy at 90lbs?

It’s fits my son who is 13 and about the same weight.

How big is the One Size?

It fit my 90 pound ten year old well. It doesn't have a strap through the legs, so it rides up a lot. I wouldn't have purchased if I knew there was no strap.

Would this PFD work well for paddle sports?

My son uses his for tubing and kayaking. He is 11.
