Ended up buying a specific adapter for Wii rca’s. This did not extend the signal adequately.

Connectors don't fit great. Feels a little loose, currently not using this and decided to use a hdmi multi selector.

Extends your cables
Does the job of extending cables. Not sure how much signal loss but these seem to do an ok job of connecting 2 sets of cables.
