Check power adapter voltage before international purchase
The product came with 110V power adapter. The seller should have specified this as most devices today are sold with adapaters that support 110-240V. I had to buy separate adapters to use the unit.

Excellent product BUT...
Excellent product with awesome features. Deducting one star because they had US adapters with American pins and voltage ratings. Surprised to see that universal voltage was supported by this adapter in today's world. Had to buy a converter which is ugly looking and don't know how long it'll last.

Great, GREAT phone!
Panasonic has evidently been interfacing with users to provide features that are really REALLY handy. And the whole product is top quality. I love that I can easily block up to 250 numbers, handy with all the political polling and advertising this year. Not only do they not get through, but this phone can be set up to not even ring when a blocked caller dials in. And - you can block a range of numbers, a whole zip code, calls without identifiers, etc. Very versatile. It has a silent mode feature that keeps calls from ringing or making any other noise whatsoever as they go directly to the answering machine. Set it up for any time period during the day when you don't want to be disturbed by calls, and you won't be. (If you have certain numbers that you want to get through regardless, you can provide for them.) Every feature I have dealt with has worked flawlessly. The sound quality is excellent. The flexibility it offers on so many things can't be beat. The instruction manual takes a little getting used to, but I have managed to set up this system exactly as I want it to function. I have the model that includes one handset, and I also find the handset intuitive to use and possessing great sound quality. This phone works like Panasonic read my mind.

I like my new landline phone
My old phone started acting up. I could not find the special battery it required. This phone takes 2 x AAA’s. I am in my 70’s. So needed a new phone easy to set up with large buttons and easy to read screen. I also wanted a chord main phone and a cordless. This phone meets all my requirements. I do recommend it.
