i have been trying different brands. I was stuck with one for some time until the quality degraded. Tried this brand now and it is the best so far. thin, crispy, does not shrink when it reaches it size upon frying. ordered again. i hope quality remains same else i will have to explore again.

Big tasty an' super crispy!
This Medhyata ready to fry pani puri pellets are really big in size, and as you will notice in my posted images of the fried pani puris, they really bloat up nicely without breaking up. There's zero absorption of oil, and the fried pellets are so yummy in taste that I eat them even without any mint water or tamarind water. The puris are really crisp, with the right amount of thickness to create a hole in the center without breaking the entire pellet up. There is a crunchiness in every bite, and it takes just about 10 - 12 seconds to fry one! Yes, it takes only so little time to fry them!Well, I have already bought two kilos, and certainly plan to buy more. There are many brands selling pani puris or phuchkas on Amazon, but this one right here - Medhyata - look no further than this one. Trust me as a satisfied buyer, and satiated eater.

It is not accurate 1000g, but good product, testy also.
Package is good, no broken Pani Puri. Product is good . But it contains approximately 920g.
