What is the range for this product?

I’ve use this product for many many years and continue still to use it. It all depends on the environment but I have been able to reach out to endpoints up to 200 feet away with no issues

is this unit compatible AP25 instant on?

No, I don't believe it is. The Aruba marketing genius's created 2 different product lines calling one "Instant" and the other "Instant On". They are not compatible.

Does this comes with all the mounting hardware, bracket, accessories? If not, can you give me the part number for the mounting hardware?

There are no mounting brackets with the unit. There are multiple options and are easy to find if you just search mounting brackets for Aruba to 70s
