If you own a GDI engine this is a yearly must
Easy to use and clean the carbon to provide that immediate power you need when you step on the peddle. Keeps engine like running new. Compare to Sea Foam in regular engines

Removed a great deal of carbon buildup
Worked well on WV Passat 2.0T engine. Since it is a direct injection engine, and turbo, carbon builds up in it and messes up the fuel trim numbers and could end up fouling the plugs. Used this treatment by warming the engine and then removing the plugs. Sprayed some in each cylinder and put the plugs back in. Allowed the car to hot soak for a while and ran it. This cleared up a lot of the carbon buildup. The MPG's improved along with, smoother idle and no more lean codes.

I’m a believer
My fuel trims were way out of whack before this and my RPMs were down around 630, my engine ran smooth before I did this procedure. Well, I thought it was smooth. I can usually tell by the vibration of the steering wheel now I can’t even feel it, this is a 10 minute/1 whole can procedure just stick the yellow straw above or below slightly past the MAF and spray away, I have electric seats so I put a stick between the seat in the gas pedal and control. The throttle with the forward and backward motion of the seat do about 1800 RPMs it won’t kill your engine. I will do this again in about a week or so, since it’s never been done, but just this one can made a remarkable difference of what was already a good running engine (Infiniti G35 coupe) hint it’s about $7 less at local Menards/Walmart.I’m really surprised that there’s no more reviews just like mine

It does clean the valves well
I bought this product from Menards and used it last weekend on my wife's 2012 Ford Escape 2.5 I4 engine with 193000 kms on the odometer. After using the product as intended, explicitly following the directions, it threw a check engine code. I haven't read it with my code reader as yet because the car is running smooth and well. But I think the code will be related to a catalytic converter being plugged because it was smoking a lot from the manifold to converter flange area. From my understanding the chemical cleans all the carbon off of the valves and intake parts, as well as the exhaust ports, so most likely it's pushed all the carbon debris into the filter screen in the converter and plugged it, as we've never cleaned the intake system ever in the 12 years of ownership. I guess this is a forewarning to people who may want to try the product, be expecting an engine codeEdit: I ran my code reader and got a P0420, catalyst below threshold, which means the catalytic converter was slightly plugged up. I cleared the code, drove it again on the highway and the code has not shown up again.
