Received very quickly and exactly what I needed!

The product is sturdy. Have had it for a couple of months now, outside, in direct sunlight, and the colors are still vibrant. Great quality. No complaints.

I lease a parking spot in a privately-owned lot near my office. Unfortunately for me, most of the folks who park there work in an adjacent building and apparently believe that my spot is just a free-for-all spot since it's at the end of a row. Finally, I got tired of people randomly taking my spot and decided to post my own sign.This sign is very nice - heavy metal - and should withstand many years of telling people to get the heck out of my spot.

I live in the modern day land equivalent of the Bermudas triangle. I live downtown, near a hospital while being surrounded by college kids. As you can imagine parking downtown is already scarce, throw in college calls, college events and the lack of near by hospital parking and I frequently found unwanted guest in our gravel parking lot. Prior to this sign we received the all to frequent "I didn't know", even though the lot is located right in front of our house. Now we no longer have an issue, this sign is big, bright and easily seen. Now when people see this sign they move along, money WELL SPENT.

I was hoping it would be more reflective but this will do. The sign along with blocking my park lot has drastically helped with getting rid of rude neighbor's friends. My family can now come home late after work/school without having to contact the neighbor's friends in moving their car. It's high quality. Super sturdy and big enough for people to see when they attempt to park in your spot. I would recommend getting this over others because of it and also the warning of "Violators are subject to towing at owner's expense" which is more threatening than just "Authorized Parking Only" which a lot of people will ignore.

Clear, Visible, and Durable! All you need in a sign. Very good build and easily readable. Very hard to bend and the pre-drilled holes make it easy to install.
