Q: Was there how to apply instructions in the box? Mine did not include instructions.

Mine did not even contain one drop of product they sent me a used empty bottle, which this seller often does according to other reviews but I wanted to give them a chance. Honestly if you do get some product in your bottle it is very easy to use like any eyelash conditioner/growth stimulator apply like a mascara with the wand included. I recommend twice daily, morning and evening. I currently use the mavala lipocils which is a very similar product but cheaper and I get amazing results, I get new growth, longer thicker lashers that are stronger and conditioned. Plus my lashes are curved nicely, barely needing a curler and my mascara glides on the next day. If I forget a night my lashes are downright unruly and look like crap in the morning. I dont recomend under mascara unless you do a light layer and wait until it dries first.

Q: What is the difference between this product and Talika Lipocils Expert?

I believe the Expert product is suppose to have more plant based ingredients and more for people with sensitive eyes. However, I also heard it doesn't work as well.
