I recently started taking MindCare Lift which comprised a golden fish oil capsule and a whitish vitamin capsule each day. The capsules came individually blister-packed which was great because it kept them safe and fresh in my purse or were I to travel. They were easy to swallow and there was no fishy or otherwise nasty after-taste (yay!!).Now, did they seem to work? I will share with you that I struggle with depression and do have quite a few stressors in my personal life. Nothing happened that I could notice on Day 1 and 2. But on Day 3, I felt a subtle but definite change. I can only describe it as feeling more positive and hopeful. I felt as if I had more "get up and go" and that I could get more done. These positive changes persisted even when my husband became very ill and had to be hospitalized....twice! I did not experience any negative side-effects attributable to these supplements. I would recommend them to anyone needing a….well….LIFT!!

Two sets of tablets to take, but they were easy and didn't have a strong smell.Definitely improved my mood and made me feel like I had more energy!
