These are wonderful with curdled cream on a fresh blini or with creamy scrambled eggs. Overall, a great value for the price. Next time, I will order a larger size of these treasures.The jar of salmon is expertly wrapped in a thermal box to ensure it remains chilled during shipping. The flavor was a bit too subtle for me.

Added this to my salmon and dill cream cheese appetizer at Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Very mild and tasty- even got some people who have never tried caviar to eat it and they loved it. Will definitely buy again.

Fresh, very well packaged and quickly shipped. The salt level was moderate which is good. The eggs themselves were not separated but linked by a gooey gel, not bad tasting but not precise. Salmon flavor was mild. A mid-level product.
