I much prefer this brand of fried shallots because there are no additives - just shallots, cooking oil, and some salt.

Great for cooking Lu Rou Fan (Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly Rice)
I put these in several dishes, most often my Lu Rou Fan dish inspired by the Taiwanese dish. It provides a nice addition to the dish and requires no prep, which I always appreciate in my cooking.
