Recieved a nearly crushed box and everything inside was present but the shower arm wasn't even the same color (ordered matte black and received oil rubbed bronze), scrapes, and plumbers tape on it. Used and abused. Disappointed and returned immediately. Will buy from home Depot so I don't have to be surprised again.

Pricey but the finish is beautiful
Once you get tied into a brand and a color it gets ungodly expensive however the Moen products seem solid and it looks gorgeous I just think that it was expensive

Poor quality
Handheld doesn’t shut off completely when the main shower head is in use. The valve is very loose fitting as well.
